Advices/ Should


We continue with the modal verbs and in this case SHOULD. It is a modal verb used to express convenience, for example:

You should study English.


TO VERIFY KNOWLEDGE: Can you give an example?
The modal verb SHOULD also be used to express the probability of something happening in the future, for example:

You have saved a lot of money so you should buy a new car.

TO VERIFY KNOWLEDGE: Can you give an example?
The negative form of the modal verb SHOULD be constructed as follows:

I should not spend all the money.

TO VERIFY KNOWLEDGE: Can you give an example?


And usually we use SHOULD for Healthy:

Headache
Stomachache
Toothache
A cough
A cold
A sore throat
A fever
A earache
A cramp
